aacho com - Did not get refund

I placed an order on August *th and cancelled on August *th because they had a very late delivery and there was a size issue. The next day they confirmed that they had cancelled and initiated the refund. Today after a week i.e. **th August when I didn't get any refund they informed me over a call that they by mistake made a credit note instead of the refund and have now initiated the refund after which when I am asking them about the transaction details they are not responding look at all the complaints I fear I have been duped.
