Travolook com - did not get refund

We booked a ticket seeing rates were lesser compared to other booking websites. However we got a cancellation after ** mins of booking. They simply show less price and do this. I have heard now from many friends also that same thing happens.
They said refund will be done in **–** working days.
I waited and then called they said automatic refund did not work (bear in mind that i have called them many times inbetween and was assured i will get refund in automated manner).
Then now they told will take *–** more working days and manual processing is needed.
When i asked to connect to any manager, they disconnected the call.
Please don't fall prey to this fraudster website.
