I ordered a scrub from knya app on *rd may and it's delivered on *th may. Due to some reason I returned that item on *th may.but still I am unable to get my refund money back since * days.plz consider my request. I also try to contact directly via phone call , email and whatsapp but there is no valid reply I got.so i request you to consider my request and take action against it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
