Gadget - Did not get my parcel

While surfing through instagram i met with a page havin more than **k followers it was a page where electronic gadgets (clones) I were sold at low price i too ordered for one and paid the money in advance through paytm and now the retailer blocked me in insta as well as whatsapp.
He assured me about the product he said its not easy to make such huge followers group and i believed him he befooled me.
Plzz help me so that others could not be cheated like i was.
