I placed an order for TriprIndia online for Mens Round Neck Full Sleeve Plain Black&White T-shirt (Pack of *) Size L on **th August **** and also paid the full amount of Rs. ***. On **th August ****, I received that product. But unfortunately, the size was too loose for me, and then I decided I would be returning those items for exchange. On **th August ****, I was sent those items by DTDC courier service at my own cost of Rs. ***, as per their advice. They were received on *nd September ****. Then I keep having Whatsapp, emailing, that when I'll get my stuff back. They keep giving the same answer over and over again that “Our team is working on processing your request and will ensure everything is handled efficiently. And your exchange request is currently being processed. We will update you once the tracking details are provided, and it will be delivered to you soon”. Even they cut me off when I called. Now I made up and told them to refund my money, and they said your exchange is done, and track details will be shared with you shortly. This reply I received on this email & Whatsapp both in the last *–* days from them. Now my only request is that you arrange for my money of Rs. ***/ to be returned with courier cost Rs. ***), Total Rs. ***/ as soon as possible.
