mirraw com - did not get full refund

product delivered was not upto the mark and amount was transfered to wallet as payment done by cash.in next order wallet amount was used and rs*** was more amount which was paid by debit card .again product was defective and returned .I opted for refund only rs *** was refunded and balance of wallet rs *** not refunded.repeated mail was done no solution was provided .only reply was amount returned but where and when nothing clear.
