Dear sir/ma'am
i booked ticket from online plate form - goibibo on ** january **** for surat to delhi (* february ****) and delhi to surat (* february ****) , which is return ticket.
airline person called me on * february **** in afternoon (NOT even before ** hours befor flight) that dear sir we cancelled your flight ticket due to covid pandemic as per gov. of india guidelines.
i searched online and found that other air lines such as air india ,spice jet , indigo all are in working .
so i asked that you guys are not giving appropriate reason for cancellation but they are not concern about it.
insted of giving full compensation they tried to feed us by giving new flight ticket from ahmedabad to delhi and delhi to ahmedabad. so i asked for expenses which will be taken for surat to ahmedabad and ahmedabad to surat route , they denide to give this expenses so i asked to redirect my call to higher authority , in reply of it they just said sorry sir can't do anything.
my humble request is to you that please impliment high charges against the air line (GO AIR)
i am attaching here the ticket.
