I purchased many things like clothes, kitchen accessories from the true bell. They told me that they will send confirmation by email or text message. But I didn’t get any messages or emails since I purchased those items. It has been ordered on *th January **** but didn’t get any parcel or any confirmation. Now I don’t want that things , I want my money back. Otherwise I will take action by the consumer help.
