I placed an order on this website and completed the payment through the UPI ID provided by them (pratyashafashiongalaxyopcprivatelimited.ibz@icici). I was informed that the product would be delivered within a week. However, it has been more than ** days, and I have neither received the product nor any order confirmation or tracking details.
I have repeatedly tried contacting them through WhatsApp, but my messages have gone unanswered.
