winni cakes - did not deliver on same day

My husband ordered a surprise cake from winni on Saturday i.e. **.**.**** as it was our anniversary . he ordered at **:** a.m. which was about to deliver around **:** p.m. but my husband called me up out of excitement that whether i have got something or not then he came to know that it was not delivered but as per application it was delivered to me around *:** p.m. but when my husband called these people , they confirmed that there was a wrong delivery and they can deliver on next day so out of logic, if an person is having occasion on n day so as per their fault it need to be celebrated on next day. When my husband told them that deliver today only, then they said k you have to wait till **:** then we can deliver , I had office till **:** p.m. only then I said k ya m there e and I can wait for it. The again these people keep me waiting alone till **:** p.m. by keep on saying that we are about to reach , then after waiting more than **:** hr I left office . Around **:** p.m. I received a call from a person k mam I am waiting outside your office , I cleared him k I have already left . the he himself confirmed that he will deliver the same on next day on my office address which was Sunday , totally funny for your mistake and unprofessional behavior why anyone has to bear when I denied his option he asked my house address and said k he will deliver.

Now the story does not end , we were waiting for cake then around **:** p.m. I again received a call from ********** person name was rahul , he requested k can he deliver the cake on next day means these people just keep on telling one thing then I clearly said him k now its too late and I do not want any kind of cake why you people are harassing me by calling again and again if you are not able to deliver , its almost * hours passed but you didn’t deliver anything and just insisting to deliver the same on next day.

Again I got a call around **:** p.m. and this person told me k they are sending a y person to deliver the same when I asked the location , he said vaishali , my address was Ganga Vihar Gokal Puri, which was ** km away , then I said k for you guys I am not here to wake you for receiving the cake . Now its enough don not call me.

Then again **:** got a a call from these guys k ab kya karna hau . I said k u spoiled our whole day and you people don’t have vale of emotions stop calling us and refund the money which compensation .

On Sunday we again got a call from a lady who told my husband k agar hum Sunday ko delivery karana chahate hain means next day of D day then we have to pay the delivery charges. It seems so funny and totally lost , my husband told her k check the history then tell us.
