ESI Hospital - Diabetic medicine not available at EDI Hospitals Zeedimetla Hyderabad

My mother J Kumari is a Hiper Diabetic , BP, Thyroid patient , After all blood tests doctor given * months medical prescriptions. But they given medicine ** days only, Later they said you should come and collect medicine every ** days once. After ** days I went to hospital for regular medicine. Here they said sugar medicine not available, I asked them when can I come , they are telling we don't know, you can buy out side medical stores. From *st Sep **** I am purchasing out side. Today I visited ESI hospital Zeedimetla for collecting ** days medicine, Again they are telling same story , medicine not available, Here I contact head of the stores Manager. He is not responding. He is escaping from his seat. This is happening zeedimetla ESI hospital, Hyderabad, Telangana.
