BELOPETS - DIABETIC DOG FOOD ORDERED BUT DISHONOURED AND NO REFUND AS YET

I had ordered Calibra Diabetic Dog food on the Belopets website on ** July **** for my sick diabetic dog and paid Rs. **,***.** online. being uninformed about shipment details, I contacted Belopets on mobile no. ********** several times and was told that shipment has been delayed. Finally after failure of delivery of the product even after * month, I was told that I would be refunded the amount on **/*/**** and since then no amount has yet been refunded despite several phone calls and WhatsApp messages with assurances. I would therefore be grateful if the refund be processed as soon as possible preferably with compensation for lost time and mental harassment.
