DHFL home loan - DHFL not disbursment my pending amount not pass my subsidy file to NHB and not reduce my Rate of Int

*. DHFL Bank does not disbursing the rest of my Sanction loan ( Sanction Loan *******, Bank Paid to Me/ Builder ******* only )
*. I didn't receive my Subsidy till date. I submit all the documents as per DHFL Bank requirement. The bank often asks me for the same documents.
