Dhani shopping - Dhani Shopping Consumer Case

I Am Tarun Bagal , I have placed an order through dhani online shopping app * size of lightweight comfort slides - means chappal at ** December ****. Order I'd # EP******* and price ** rupees . Then ** December **** I have received the products . After I have check it's is not comfortable for my leg . Means the chappal is not properly fit to my leg . But presently I am useing * size of chappal . Then on the same day I have submitted return request also shared all issues for these product . After * days dhani reply me this product comes under offer so return or refund for the product is not applicable . Dhani also rejected * time of my return request . Then I have talked with social media team - they also tell me return and refund request is not applicable , also they accepted different size of patents available for different different size of chappal , that cause my be chappal is not fit for my leg . but I am received * size of chappal . But there was no mention in the website or app that there may be a difference in size due to different patents . I have proff as per call recording . Also when I have ordered the product I have carefully checked there also mantion return available for * days . But why dhani rejected my return request . Every consumer shall have the right to return tree any semi - durable or durable goods purchased within fifteen days of the purchase in such manner as may be prescribed : Provided that every such return of goods shall be done in their original condition , with no alteration to its size or shape , along with its original packing and the receipt of the purchase . Here I need full amount refund . Also Extra amount for all fees also compensation
