Each month on *th for Dhani credit line they're debiting (*** rupees) as interest for (**** rupees) actually amount they given was (**** rupees) and dhani points which was ( ****+ )what they said while playing you earn points and those points will be converted to cash since December such things didn't happen
Obviously I received for * to * times since I took the premium in July/August
They simply debiting the points but not crediting the cash
Also a premium charges of monthly on **th (*** rupees) for that they debit
I was unaware of that later when checking it was also with bounce charges of (*** rupees) per month but the next month's they took that pending months amount too
When asked about this to give details they said to close the premium but not provided adequate steps
Also charging me for auto debit which I was not aware
