I had for some reason tried Indiabulls Dhani (DHANI LOANS AND SERVICES LIMITED) to avail a credit facility but within one week I realised that this company is a fraud, they don't give nay discount instead they exploit you by charging rs.*** every month, I instantly reached to their customer care and asked to allow me to pay all your dues (around rs.****) , because their Dhani mobile application never gets updated not give me any option to pay back their credit, but I have been asking to close my account ...even I have paid all their dues but still these people never close nor they respond...they say the loan will be closed when there will be a time..Please check attached details and verify the case.
I need my loan account to be closed immediately.
