Dhani ap - DHANI LOAN EMI PAY

Sir I took **** thousand of loan from Dhani application.Even I paid all due EMI in every month..as per loan schedule period the last EMI time is **-**-****.
As of now that is **-**-**** it's showing EMI over due of ****.** Then also I paid it .Again it's showing over due charges of ***.** and the mentioned application is not allowing to issu NOC document..For this i try to call customer care ..any time it's coming your call will be shortly attended wait like that..i committed a big mistake by taking the loan from this application..pls help me in this froud issue...
