Dhani - Dhani being Fraud

I had taken loan of **** on **-**-****.
I had got msg last month that for I have to keep my EMI of *** in wallet and I had kept. Amount got debited from wallet and still I was getting msg and calls for EMI. After few days the overdue amount of *** was demanded even after paying EMI . But I still paid the *** .
Then this month they were asking EMI of this month .I was not able to pay on app as it was showing * pending. But when I opened today it's showing overdue of *** . I paid *** via link but it's not showing.
I tried to contact customer but I couldn't reach to them.
When they used to call for EMI , I shared my problem they used to say that executive will call me. But I didn't get any call and couldn't reach to them.
Plz help me to get my money back from this fraud company otherwise they will keep charging me every month.
