i had downloaded dhani app on **/*/**.paid Rs.*** and Rs.** to dhani on that day.
tried recharge mobile for Rs.***/,booked aloan for it as a trial.to my shock loan got booked,bt mobile dint recharge.on **/*/** i transferred rs.*** and tried recharge the same mobile for Rs. ** from my wallet.this time too mobile dint recharge,but money debited from wallet.Paid first emi of Rs.*** also meantime
then i tried to complain thro their phone number,but no replies
started complaints thro their mails (support,grievance and nodal).NO PROPER REDRESSAL FOR MY GRIEVANCE.Then I realised that this is fake.till now no remedial measures/proper replies from dhani team
now it to be taken with ombudsman.general public please dont fall in Dhani TRAP
