I am facing a very peculiar problem.after login on Airtel Payment Bank its giving an error that the device id is incorrect 'valid deviceid is mandatory'. how to solve this. my airtel payment bank no - ********** ( jio)

Airtel Payments Bank – SMS charges are cut automatically without any information and the company doesn t recieve callsClosed
They cut SMS charges of **.** almost every month and I am not even aware for what reason this is happening. Company doesn't even recieve calls. I am a student and how are they supposed to cut money automatically.
