a few months back i had bought oneplus buds pro and it was working fine till their last update! after the latest update my right side bud is not working properly, my right side bud battery drains fast! it lasts only ** minute! i thought that i only having the problem! but my sister also bought same bud few months before i bought, she also has that same problem! and i have noticed that lots of users also complaining the same issue in their community page! but then also they are solving this problem or issue!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
