I am a proud customer of IFB Indutries ltd.I regret to inform you that the local vendor of IFB service centre at kangarbag patna has cheated me
The vendor at your service centre kankarbag patna has taken a bill of Rs ****/- in cash almost six months ago for repairing the dishwasher and has changed all the wiring of the dishwasher.The dishwasher has not been working before it was delivered to this service centre and after is was repaired and sent to my house still it was not working.No demonstration was shown to me after repairing was done. I tried to contact him constantly as that machine was not working after so called repairing and he gave false promises for visit again and again and told me the the machine will be repaired .After almost six months of constant follow up the technician has been sent by the local vendor ( (service centre-kangarbag patna) and pointed out that the motor is not working.. Now I request you to order the vendor either refund my money or get the dishwasher repaired. They want me to make the payment of repairing the machine again. I cannot afford to make payment of money again as i have already made the payment once.It is the duty of the vendor(service centre kankarbag patna ) that after taking the cost of repairing from me and delivering me machine without doing any repairing and incorrect wiring to make the dishwasher functional I have written to the help desk but they are not understanding the problem /tackling it seriously (without understating the side of the customer-Manisha Mehendale, IFB representative) and are taking the side of vendor . I was force to have register my compalint aginst IFB service centre patna to Department of Consumer affairs ,Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Governtment of India vide .
I am hopeful that you will understand my situation that the vendor has cheated me .Without making the dishwasher functional he has taken bill of Rs ****/- from me and again to make the dishwasher functional he wants me to pay the replacement charge for new motor. As the dishwasher is in the same condition after the repairing then the vendor must refund my money
Kindly intervene in this matter and instruct the vendor to refund my amount of Rs ****/- paid by me.The dishwasher has not worked for a single day.The motive of the iIFB service centre kangarbag is to cheated the customer .This policy is not accepted at all. Please resolve the matter and the instruct the same should either refund the amount or repair my dishwasher free of cost
