I have sent my device for repair under extended warranty on **th july ****. Post service which completed on **st july they raised a drop request. I have not received my device back from them yet and it’s been * month since i sent my device to the service center and there’s a ticket open with case id:******-****** Have tried contacting them multiple Times but they are not bothered and keep giving me *-* days more response. I am hopeless right now regarding this and I don’t know who to tell about this
