Hi, my name is Suraj Bhattacharjee
I sent my OnePlus bullets wirless bass edition for repair but they cancelled my repair request without mentioning the reason.
Now they are not sending me the device back it has been a quarter of a year.
I call them everyday to send my device back but they seem to not care at all and say the same thing everyday.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
