Egate World - Device not Functioning properly

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service and lack of response concerning my Egate Atom *x Projector, purchased on February **, ****. The product worked as expected for the first two weeks; however, it has recently developed prominent black spots on the projection screen, which significantly hinders the viewing experience. As the product is well within its official warranty.I have already attempted to resolve this through the email and whatsapp.Despite these efforts, I have yet to receive a definitive response or a timeline for the repair/replacement of the unit. This lack of communication is highly disappointing for a customer who has invested in your brand.
