i Bought Realme x* pro on ** Dec ****.

On **th May, the phone started rebooting itself again and again . it's not giving me the option to shut it down as before rebooting its hanging to a point where it does not take any input. It has been doing that since * days. the phone battery was ***% when this happened and to this time it has done the reboot for more that *** times. It is extremely hot and I do not know when it will cool down. the battery is still at **% and it is doing the same thing over and over again. i have out the phone inside a locker to avoid any damage in case it blows up.
This whole incident was narrated to Realme customer service online and they told me to wait for ** days. My issue is that I can not keep this phone with me due to safety reasons. i got a call from an executive of realme who was not only bland in his conversation but also lacked empathy towards a worried customer. Being in a service industry the *** is to ensure the client that the business is there to support, not to bully and harrass. I still don't know what kind of response i will get from this mail as this whole incident has shattered my trust in an indian company. The cost of the phone is high and the support is */**. Needless to say this is a bad purchase.
If there is anything that can be done for this phone let me know. or else i will have to provide all these proofs to the consumer court , social media and take the legal route. i would not want to do that but i guess that's the only option i have left at this point.
