OnePlus - Device is not getting repaired

I've given my Oneplus *t for repairing through Oneplus pickup service. It has been picked up on **th September only and got delivered on **th September to the Oneplus service center Kolkata, Salt lake. On One plus care app it is mentioned that it takes *-* business days to get device serviced, but in my case it has been more than ** business days and still it has not been serviced. When I call customer care, they are not telling me the exact date, when my device will get repaired. And Service center is not receiving my calls. I'm worried about my device. I'm a college student and my classes are being taken online. Right now I've to share my parent's phone, due to which I'm not able attend all the classes properly.
