Poco - Device dead

Poco x * pro dead due to update given by company and they are not repairing because they don’t have motherboard this is SCAM under warranty products are not repaired and they are refusing to repair and they are providing low end device with cheap processor which I don’t want the reason was to purchase poco x * pro was gaming so I want same processor device please help me because I am now helpless
