Thrillophilla - Detail of bus not shared on time full package was not explained there were hidden claus not mentione

A) we have our flight arrival from banglore to delhi at *p.m ..bus details were shared with us exactly on * p.m on same day i e *p.m inspite of fact that they know we have our flight at *p.m they ask us to reach at exaclty *.** p.m to bus station and not even bother to tell us the correct ways to reach majnu ka tila it took us around *.** p.m to reach bus station which made us cost *** rs plus the hassle of missing bus.

For the last day i.e *th oct they have not booked any hotel for us and schedule bus on *p.m and expected us to roam around in city from **A.m to * p.m on asking for support they were not at all helpful.
