Ruby Cargo Service - Destruction of cargo in fire at the warehouse of Ruby Cargo

Ruby Cargo , a Packing and Removal company which has offices in Kochi and United Arab Emirates, collected my cargo worth INR *******(INR * Lakhs) from my residence in UAE on the condition that it will be delivered at the door of my residence in Kerala.It was also agreed by Ruby Cargo that the cargo will be stored in a temperature controlled, closed and properly secured warehouse till its shipment from UAE. However, the cargo was stored in an open yard exposed to the very high Middle Eastern temperature and subsequently caught fire and destroyed completely on *th July ****. However, Ruby Cargo didn't inform me of this unfortunate incident until ** July ****. More over, Ruby Cargo has refrained from offering me any compensation for the huge monetary loss as well as mental agony that I have undergone.
