DesignCafe Whitefield - DesignCafe An interior company not accepting the order

Hello,

I am Mr. Pavan. We have contracted my home's interior work to an interior company called Design Cafe, Whitefield. Before booking they gave a quotation of *,**,*** INR, which we liked and paid the booking amount. The company made promises to get the project done beautifully and on time. 
After booking the company showed very less interest towards the project and took ** days to complete the design phase. They came up with a new quotation of *,**,*** INR which we thought was very high for what we are getting from the company. The company had a lot of margins for the products and services offered. We didn't like the design and also how the project proceeded. So, we decided to get only the TV unit installed from the company, so that we can save the booking amount we paid to them. 

The company has now come up with a new rule of minimum order value of *,**,*** INR which was nowhere mentioned to me and also, they are not willing to pay my money back and they are holding my money. They are telling that for the service they had given to me, the booking amount has been deducted for the same. According to their quotation the design and project management costs *% of the project value which comes around **,*** for our accepted quotation which we were okay with before booking. For us only the design phase was completed, and no project management was done except a few site visits. So, they are charging high for what they had mentioned to me and are also mentioned in the quotation which I received from the company. 

Troubles I have faced: 
*. I have gone through a lot of stress and followed them up to get my money back in any way that is possible from their side.  
*. The company didn't give any solutions and also did not accept my order of installing the TV unit for our new home. 
*. The project started on April **, and we told them about our decision on Jun * to sign off the TV unit installation only. They took a lot of time to conclude their decision and announced their final decision on June**.  Because of the design cafe we lost * months in the process. 

Mistakes from Design Cafe: 
*. Not mentioning the minimum order value to the customer anywhere in the booking form or their terms and conditions. 
*. False advertising of the project by giving wrong quotations and fooling the customers. 
*. The customers are taken for granted after paying the booking amount and the project proceeds in their own phase. 

I need a proper solution from the company or return of the complete booking amount with interest + * months of our house rent.
