Safa honey - Deriliction of duty by delivery boy

Delivery boy made a "no-show" on prescribed date of delivery. Instead sent a false message of being unable to contact us, though we received neither a call nor sms from him the entire day. Late night at **.**pm we recd a sms status saying we were not contactable and should call back the delivery boy asap to avoid return of the parcel. Whereas our sender of the parcel recd a sms saying party declined the parcel. What a confusion!! Next day when the delivery boy finally arrived at around *pm he put up a defensive behaviour and hit back at us with an overblown attitude. When we raised a point of complaining against him, he said he didnt care much about it. Overall an unreliable and irrritating experience.
