Dear Team,
On **.**.**** I deposited **** Rs through Gpay to " WEHYPHENS PRIVATE LIMITED" but money got decuted from my account & its not getting reflected on your portal. UPI Transaction ID ************ & Receiver UPI Id wehyphens******@ypbiz. Since **th Feb, **** I have sent ** forwarded mail to parimatch team but I am not getting any support from them they are just sending the same mail that plz be patient we are looking into this matter. In between that they have sent me my complaint ticket no. ******.
Please look into it & do the needful. I am attaching all the screenshots of payment as well as my Pari-match portal account so please do it as soon as possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
