SS Travels - Deposited amount not returned

I was approached qeek.com for self driving car the guy who works or tied up with them called me offline and requested to gave business for less amount for **** INR for ** Hrs then I agreed. Later he told to deposit ***** INR where I was cheated in first step (I paid due to my emergency to go to Shabarimala Darshan) Later after completing my tour less than a day which is a bad service from them I asked for my deposited amount ***** INR he told will be giving you in ** days. Days are going there is no initiative from them so I requested to deposit they called and threatening and abusing me later they told financial year end keep on saying excuses. Finally they prepared a bill of ***** INR and told this is your bill
