I had deposited rs of ***** in their game date **/**/**** time **:**PM money debited from my account but ammount not received in game
the game marchant name was ' SPYKING GAMING PRIVATE LIMITED'
I had deposited from my phone pay and my bank name is airtel payment bank
Transaction details like

I tried to contact their customer service but they didn't gave me any response they was always giving same type message
I had contacted my Airtel payment bank customer service bank's customer service agent said that they had already done charge back file against them but game customer service didn't gave any response
