I have deposited ***RS on * april **** but it's not credited into pari match account. When I reached the pari match for help they simply asked the same thing again and again and then closed the chat. I have to wait for hours for a reply. I have to reach them through mail, telegram support and mail but all in vain. Earlier in Feb also same thing happened they took **** and it never deposited in pari match. They have a certain pattern to fool people once you deposit the money it won't be credited to pari match account when you will reach to customer support they will first tell you the transaction is canceled and amount will be deposited into bank account and they will ask for bank statement. Once you provide them with a bank statement they will stop responding and will tell you that it has been credited to a pari match account. and everytime you reach them they will simply repeat their pattern. They will ask for a screenshot of the payment and when you provide them the screenshot they will close the chat and this will continue till you get tired and leave the case by self. In the whole process they will make sure that you get tired and leave the matter by yourself only.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
