Religious organization - Deposit return

I am a mother and single parent of * children's. I was on rent at Raheja Gardens wanowrie with my * children's this is the house of army person who's wife was in my contact. I have done all the repairing works from day one bcuz owner was out of station and i have given deposit **k to their previous tenants on her behalf as she want me to do so! Now she said she is selling the house so I must vacate it so I did that. Now when I am asking her for my deposit she said she will not return it now, so I rushed to police station they gave her and call. then she have sent some people to investigate the house and ask me to hand over the keys to them without my deposit so I said I'll not hand over the keys until you refund my deposit! then she said I have guests at my place now I'll send it by tomorrow so I kept the keys with me next day she sent **k and holded back my **k by saying maintainance, **days electricity bill and ** days rent. Then i said why are you holding my this much money so we came on conclusion and finally she got ready to payback *k from remaining **k after handling over her keys to her neighbor who lives *km from Me. **th I vacated the flat on **th she transferred **k from my **k deposit and on **th morning she is threatening me if I'll not hand over the keys she will charge me ***rs per day. I said I'm alone doing all shifting work and my kids exams are ongoing you can send somebody along with my remaining *k and take your keys but now she is threatening with the advantage of her military background
