Colive Kingston - Deposit refund not received Received false notice against non payment of dues

I was living in Colive Kingston pg for girls in Bellandur from May ****. In December end, we were asked by the building owner to vacate the PG as Colive did not pay the rent to the building owner. When contacted the building manager of Colive, no response was received. So I vacated along with all other girls in the PG. I raised a notice period request as I didn't have any other option on the app to get my deposit refunded. But no response received. I also reached out to Colive legal team and customer support on WhatsApp and call but no response received. They sent me a legal notice that I am due to Colive Rs.*****+ and additionally Rs.***** as legal notice charges.
I checked in my Colive app says no due from my end.
What is this legal notice they sent me. Firstly, they made us vacate without notice and didn't respond when contacted. Secondly, our deposit has not been refunded and no response when reached out regarding the same. Thirdly, they have the audacity to send me legal notice saying I am due to them such huge amount.
This is so not acceptable. I'm thinking to file a complaint in consumer court on Colive and their unfair activities.
