I had deposited on **-**-**** ***** I showing decline after a few days but I had created ticket on same day that I didn't receive this amount on same day . After that they had created ticket ******** . Through that I am connected with them regularly but not getting any proper response from their side when will I get my money back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
