Dafa sports - Deposit pending

I've made a deposit on **/**/** my user id Shrinidhi** but it's still on pending , it got deducted from my bank account. I've paid to the UPI id given by that dafa sports only but still also they're very careless abt the amount tomorrow will the *th day and still they are saying our payment team still yet to secure the amount ,what the hell they are doing . This is the *th time I'm facing this issue.
