I made a UPI payment of ₹***.** on ** Nov **** at **:** AM to the merchant “Film Fusion Innovation Pvt Ltd” (UPI ID: **********@idbi).
The amount was successfully debited from my SBI account (UPI ID: **********@ptsbi), UPI Ref No. ************.
However, the merchant has not updated the transaction at their end and my deposit is still showing as pending.
Their customer support link is not responding.
