Maine ₹**,***.** ka transaction kiya tha. Is transaction se sambandhit refund/withdrawal ke mamle me Binomo support team baar-baar bank se aisa letter maang rahi hai jisme likha ho ki refund nahi hoga. Bank aisa letter jaari nahi karta hai.
Maine transaction ka proof aur anya sabhi zaroori documents uplabdh kara diye hain, phir bhi mera paisa wapas nahi kiya ja raha hai. Company dwara lagatar naye documents maangkar mamle ko anavashyak roop se delay kiya ja raha hai.
