70 Trades - Deposit not refunded after account closure

** Trades is a company in Forex Trade. They take depsoit of *** dollars from new members on a promise that the deposit will be refunded if the member wishes. They then train online for trading.
I became a member in Jan **** and decided to close the account on **rd January ****. I have not received my refund of *** dollars.
