My name is akshat gupta and I deposited *****inr in my parimatch account (betting id- *********) on ** oct. **** at **:**am.
Amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited in parimatch.
Now I am chaking in parimatch payment history the transaction was failed but I still didn't get my refund.
I am continuously connecting parimatch by mail and I also created a ticket on online support section but they are doing nothing on it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
