Parimatch Batting app - Deposit not reflecting and money deducted

I deposited ***** rs on **st May **** and money deducted from my bank account but it's not showing in my parimatch account. Parimatch associate ask me for transaction receipt and bank statement which I shared then she closed the chat without giving me any resolution. I am trying to contact them daily but they are not giving me any resolution.
