I made a deposit of ₹**** (actual debited amount ₹***.**) to my Parimatch account (Parimatch ID: *********) on ** March ****. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch wallet.
I raised a support ticket (ID: ********) on the same day and provided all required documents, including my bank statement as proof of payment. Despite multiple follow-ups over more than two weeks, the company has failed to resolve the issue or provide a clear timeline.
The support team continues to send generic responses without taking concrete action. This has caused financial loss and unnecessary mental stress.
I request a full refund of ₹***.** to my original payment method (or credit to my account) at the earliest.
