Binomo com trading app - Deposit not received in Binomo after paying the amount

On *nd Jan **** i have made a deposit of ***** at *:**pm from MobiKwik wallet pocket UPI and the transaction was successful , I have provided them the RRN number also . But they are saying they didn't receive the funds , i have provided them all the information more over provided them the transaction statment from MobiKwik wallet with transaction id information . They simply asking me bank statement . I clearly told them it is not related to bank and it is related to the wallet from MobiKwik and told them I provided them the statement they are not willing to check with the receiver and telling me that they can't do anything they don't want to check the back ground also
It is clearly showing that they don't want to provide me my amount back
