Parimatch Betting App India - Deposit not received

Approximately two months ago, on April **, **** at *:** AM I had successfully made a deposit of INR **,*** on parimatch but the funds did not get credited to my parimatch account. This disabled me from placing bets by making tactful predictions on certain sports games and ultimately led to financial loss. I have reached out to customer support multiple times but all they tell me is that they are awaiting for a response from the payment provider. No such issue should take a time of two months to be resolved. If they are facing issues with the payment provider then it is not my lookout. I should receive my rightful hard earned money. Due to this I have suffered financial hardships and have had to take multiple loans. I pray to receive my rightful money along with compensation for metal distress.
