DAFABET ASIA - Deposit not credited

I have deposited Rs ****.** on **/**/****.it is not credited to my dafabet wallet..I have confirmation from payment provider that the same had been received by Enul Traders ( Appointed by dafabet to collect deposits).
Dafabet also knows that payment has been received by Enul Traders still they are incapable of collecting funds and give credit to my wallet / Refund me..
Everytime they give repeated answer " We need to secure amount" please wait.
This is clearly cheating customer .I want my money bank or to be credited in dafabet wallet.
Amount of Rs****.** has been credited to Enul Traders via upi reference no ************ on **/**/**** .
It has been credited to bank account linked to upi I'd ***************tt@cnrb.
Dafabet transaction ID is ********* date and time is **/**/**** **:**:** PM.
Kindly help me in getting my amount back
