Dafa bet - Deposit not credited to wallet got scammed

I made a deposit of ₹**** to my Dafabet Sports wallet on March **, ****, at **:**:** PM using my Paytm account, for the account with username “sailendra***.” The Paytm transaction was successful, and I have the Dafabet transaction ID ********* as proof. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Dafabet Sports wallet.
When I contacted my bank and Paytm, they confirmed that the payment had already been successfully received by the merchant. Despite this, when I reached out to Dafabet support, I repeatedly received the same response stating that the transaction is “in process” and that they are still trying to “secure the amount,” without providing any clear resolution or timeframe.
